Neapolitan Pizza – Fresh Dough Pack

The Dough Pack has two balls of fresh pizza dough. Good for 2 great Neapolitan pizzas of about 25cm in diameter. Our dough is made with freshly stone-milled flour from a local windmill. We use a tiny amount of yeast and time to cold prove our dough for at least 48 hours.
The dough can be easily stretched into a pizza base at home. You just need to use the provided flour mix and follow our tutorial, if you need to.
You can dress your pizza with your favorite toppings to achieve your own gourmet pizza at home!
To bake them in a real pizza oven is fantastic but our fresh dough balls give tremendous pizza in your home oven or on a barbeque pizza stone! Just set your oven as hot as possible and bake your pizza for 6-8 min. Check out our tips and tricks for the best result!
Content: 2 dough balls (± 240g per dough ball) and flour mix sachet.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (E-numbers free), water, sea salt, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiæ), and time.
