Want to enjoy our Dough_P Margherita but you’re in a hurry (= in fretta), choose FRETTA!
Made from our fresh pizza dough and tomato sauce, and then baked in our pizza stone oven. Once they cool down we add Fior di Latte Mozzarella and basil. And then straight into the freezer. We feel that when you are “in fretta” (= in a hurry) this gives you the best pizza experience at home. You can add your favorite toppings at home.
Your toppings can be added before your pizza enters the oven, during the oven baking, or even after your pizza comes out of the oven. So have fun making your perfect match.
Pre-heat your home oven in the top/bottom heat function with the metal baking tray in the middle shelve as hot as it will go.

Ingredients dough: Wheat flour (E-numbers free), water, sea salt, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiæ), and time. Ingredients tomato sauce: tomato, olive oil, fresh basil, fresh garlic, our own herb mix, and sea salt. Fior di Latte mozzarella.
